The way all the ZCs have handled the nodediff creation is that each ZC
creates the nodediff and nodelist for his or her own Zone.  We've done it
like that for years and it's a good idea because then each ZC can list his
or her Zone first which can make a difference for some software :)

This week will be no different, and as usual Ward will create the Zone 2
list for Zone 2, and Zone 2 diff for Zone 2. I'll create the Zone 1 list
and Diff for Zone 1 as usual, etc.

Ward may, we hope, remove himself from the 2:2/1000 entry because he is not
IC any longer. Malcolm Miles will list himself as 3:3/1000 because he is
now the IC.
