r.a.d.p is the abbreviation for the Internet Usenet group named

I'm never entirely sure how to take postings on r.a.d.p. Unlike this
civilized conclave, r.a.d.p does not require real names, and one is
perforce obliged to wonder about the credibility of someone who calls
themselves fairiedustbunny or croooow.
As for the exact date of the one-earring protest, you'll have to check
r.a.d.p for yourself--I can't keep up with their 100-150 messages per
day postings.
