I've found that older technology (particularly SCSI stuff) tends to last a very
long time, and it also sometimes has features that you cannot find on modern PC

But vanilla Warp 4 GA, out of the box, can be very hard to install on newer
hardware without a person searching the net for solutions.

That's the truth of the matter.  It can be done, and smart people will do it
once and then never have to do it again, but that doesn't change the truth.

3.5" diskettes are inexpensive, portable, reusable, and supported almost
universally.  There's far more to describing a technology's general usefulness
than data capacity or date of birth.  :-)

Folks who are into trendyness for its own sake are idiots.  Who cares if such
people use OS/2 or not.  I personally don't want to deal with them.
