I do. (SmartFTP probably isn't as smart as it thinks it is.)

Don't use PASV mode.  I've got mine set up through a firewall that has some
... issues ... and PORT (regular) mode works just fine.  I'll note that in
my announcements next time.

Try it again sans passive mode and you'll get through.
