Ok i wanted to upgrade my USR 33.6k to a 56k by using that thing that they 
(usr/3com) have on their web site... i download it and try it and it tells me 
it couldn't find the modem, i tried both the 25mhz and the 20mhz and both say 
the same thing, something else weird is that ATI7 says my modem is 9?.? mhz
