SD> What do you see on the modem's lights when this

As I stated in my other message I would get back to you on this...
As the Logon Prompt keeps repeating the "SD" light constantly flashes!!! 
Since the user can only sit there watching the Logon Prompt repeat there is 
nothing recieved but on some occasions the user has tried to enter something 
but the Logon Prompt repeats so fast the user can only get a letter or two at 
a time!!!
