I'm beginning to get quite exercised about this debate.  I thought I had a
workable ION listing reflecting my system's status and now I'm told that I
should change it because it might create difficulties for some POTS node
which never called me even when I still ran a POTS system.  Perhaps this is
not an ION problem but a POTS problem.
