I had my system working the way I like it.
My daughter came to visit from Turkey. While here she bought an
IPOD. She put the software to download songs on my computer. Now
the CTL-ALT-Del function is not quite right, and my TV recording
schedualer doesn't work.
I see no reason for any application to change the registry.
Every program should have it's own intialization file, and
operate from that. The OS should take care of everything else.
