Hi Mike....
Actually your TM phone directory is contained in 2 files: TM.FON which
contains the BBS name, phone numbers, password, etc. and TM.MEM which
contains the memo entries. Sounds like your TM.MEM file is corrupt or
your TM.FON file was modified and is now out of sync with TM.FON
To correct an out of sync file, try loading both files at once in an
editor and realign the entries. If the TM.MEM file is corrupt then
delete the file and run TM. You can then re-enter your memo entries.
