My Catahoula is a fussy eater too. He will leave his food all day and not
touch it. If I take him out for a good run he will get hungry and eat.
 I think he regulates how much he eats by his amount of activity. Also, if
 I mix in a raw egg he will devour quite a bit. Or. I'll shake in some
 new, strong parmesan cheese, It smells so strong he dives right in and
 eats his 3 - 4 cups. It might be that he now has me trained to "spice"
 up the food but at least he will eat. Good luck.
