That's exactly what Ray Gwinn told me.

So I've found. Thank you for pointing that out to me.

I'm not interested in that. I just wanted him to clarify some things, and
he did.
BTW, I still think I changed the locked rate after SIO locked it. But I
need to confirm it to see.
