I am constrained to point out that the Puritan colonies are nearly two and a 
half centuries ago.

Hmm... sounds familiar.
Oh yeah. Two world influencing books have phraseology similar to that...
one which you can find in most every motel room, and one you can find under 
Marx in the library.
