        Well this thing has been going on for over a month now.  Told CIBC
to take a hike, told B. of M. "I'll think about it", and now things are
looking good with B. of N.S,  They aren't asking for a cosigner which lets
my dad off the hook :^)  It appears as though my credit rating is actually
very good!  Must be from all those tabs I rung up at the National last year
.  My concern is not only with the bank, but also with the owner.  He's
gone ahead and accepted a deposit from someone else in case my deal falls
through and has given me until tomorrow (Wednesday) to convince him this
deal is good.  B. of N.S. says it's good so long as I produce the paperwork
they're looking for.  Hope to get it all done this week, but next week is
more realistic.

       Well, it's actually 43', but after you pass the 41 mark, you stop
counting :^)  I should be careful not to jump the gun, but I've considered
giving my landlord a notice for the end of June.  That sort of a statement
from most people would mean that the deal's practically in the bag, but
coming from me, it just means I'm determined.. give it a couple more weeks
