 HDTV will be in the 800-900 MHz range which some high-end
 channels currently use.  Channels 14-83 were 450-870 MHz
 if I remember correctly (70 * 6 + 450).  The FCC took the
 top 14 channels 70-83 and sold the airwaves to cell phones.
 I understand our channel 69 will be the first to go since
 it occupies a portion of the spectrum where HDTV will be.
