     I understand the part about the SAG, but does that hold true for all the 
trades?  Arghh!
     I am going to volunteer this week to be shop steward in our shop - we 
haven't had one for a couple of years.  With the lack of respect for unions 
that I have, I think I'll do an awesome job!
