  A lot of the OWL/PM reference documentation is a straight cut and paste
  job of the OWL/Windows documentation.

  Ironically, this results in sample programs that don't compile.  Have a
  look at the (printed) documentation for the programs that demonstrate
  the basics of TApplication.  You'll find that they all reference
  `WinMain', `hInstance' and `hPrevInstance'.  There are no such things in
  OWL/PM.
