Read what I said.
If you wanted dial up TCP with windows 3.x it was trumpet winsock &
it's ilk. When Windows became "Windows for Workgroups" then it's
raison d'etre was that it had networking as part of the OS.

Via Wine etc I can load up Office etc for Windows. As such are you next
going to be telling me that MS Office for windows is part of linux? With
the various vm apps you can even load the whole of windows under linux so
to follow you argument it would appear that windows is also part of linux.
