Correct. Installing the emx runtime and respect all possible installation
cases is not trivial. Find out if Dos with DPMI -> rsx instead of emx
dos extender. If Dos with VCPI, use emx dos extender :-(. I wonder why EM
still continues with emx/dos, if rsx is available. No one is really using
VCPI nowadays.
