Hi Bill,
I am not sure I understand the problem you have. If you used
to be able to use the print screen function until you changed
computers, I would assume that you need to do something different
because of the new computer. For instance, on my system, I have
to hit the print screen key twice, or shift-print screen.

This error message probably means that you don't have
sufficient conventional memory available. If you have several
TSR's that load in your autoexec.bat or config.sys, they are
probably loading in conventional memory. You need to run a memory
manager to see if you can move some of them into the UMB area.
