Because it doesn't say where to send the mail. Below is the contents
of my ALLDAY event:

Route-To,*:*/*.* 2:203/0
Route-To,12:*/* 12:200/100
Route-To,2:20/228.3 2:20/228.3
Route-To,2:20/228.2 2:20/228.2

The 2:203/0 is my hub or host that receives Fidonet mail from me.
That extra dot and asterix also sends point mail to Fidonet hub.

The 12:*.* is for HamNet and the two last entries are mail from
a couple of my points.

It is all in the FIDO.DOC that you stated you have read 50 times.
Reading isn't enough though, understanding is also required.
