Reminds me of something that happened in Korea 30 or 40 years ago. In
the Far East there are those who tell of Yama (Korean Yumna Daewang)
the king of the world where people go when they die. Many believe that
he fixes the time of one's death and that nothing can alter nor
postpone that day. Anyway, the story in a Korean newspaper went like
this.

An elderly woman in a rural village died but later returned to life.
She, a grandmother, said that while she was dead, she went to Yumna
Daewang (Great King Yumna) and he told her she was three days early and
her death was not schedule for three days, so he sent her back to
earth. Three days later she died again.

Other people who "came back from the dead" report quite different
experiences, so it would not be wise to think that all will meet Great
King Yumna when they die. I doubt if monk Matthew talked with Yumna.
