Of course it is! Look into the PB3.2 reference guide, page 63 
(under keword CBCD), there you'll find CDWD, too!
By the way, I have the following question:
On Sept. 24th, I posted my PQSYNTAX Vs. 1.4  program here into 
the echo in POSTIT-format (6 mails, about 8 KB each).
  _Did these mails arrive in the US?_
I never got an echo concerning this!
(PQSYNTAX is a small and very fast TSR - written completely in ASM 
and C - to perform colered highlighting of keywords in the IDE of 
PB! My PowerBASIC editor in the IDE looks now similar to the IDE 
of e.g. Borland C++, the PB sources are much better readable now 
than before!)
