I recall that John Stewart's The Lunatic Fringe BBS in the Dallas area ran
uuPCB.  I don't recall how many folks actually read the newsgroups from his BBS
but back then, Usenet wasn't that accessible to most folks so perhaps there
were a lot.

I do recall the computer with uuPCB just about never stopped tossing the
messages though. :-)
