As moderator of this echo, let me say this: Call Disney and ask them about
this, as well as about reselling legitimate copies of Disney videos that
are bought in retail stores.
It's my guess that you do *not* have an "authorized copy" of The Black
Cauldron, so please do not discuss that here in this echo until you
hear directly from Disney saying that you do. Thanks!
On Wednesday, 2/5/97, we're going to have a special chat on EMuck with
two Cast Members from Buena Vista Home Video. I'm going to take what
you wrote above and see what their reaction is -- that way we'll all
find out if what you have is an "authorized copy" or a bootleg, Kit.
