Yes, but its the small number who actually produce the important stuff.

Yes, there are lots of mindless droids, and IMO far far too many
when the total of Aust politicians is considered. Hard to see how
its going to be possible to do much about that tho. And its hard
to see with those number that whatever you do can find enough good
ones to replace all those droids.
