                ATTENTION NEW HAMPSHIRE GUN OWNERS
Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 14, the Senate Judiciary Committee
will hold a hearing in Concord to discuss SB 474 and SB 410.  SB
474 is a measure seeking to ban the manufacture, sale, and
transfer of ALL magazines capable of accepting over 10 rounds, 
and those who currenltly own such magazines would have to turn
them in!  SB 410 would outright ban firearms ownership to persons
convicted of class A misdemeanors in the past 3 years.  
As this will be the only public hearing on these bills, it is
critical that as many gun owners as possible attend this hearing.
The hearing will be tomorrow, January 14, at 11:00 a.m. in room
103 of the State House Building located at 107 North Main Street
in Concorde.  If you can not attend the meeting you can still
help!  Call (603) 271-2641 and urge the Committee to oppose SB
474 and SB 410.  Please encourage your family, friends, & fellow
firearms owners to call or attend as well.
