I think you must know that Dave Andrews did not say that. Disagreeing
with you is as much our right as is stating your opinion yours. To
ignore what we think because we happened to be in the majority is not
fair.
HH> And I do think the national leadership does need to take a look at the

Letting the national leadership know when "it is wrong" is fine, but
what is to be gained when you simply write off opinions that do not
conform to yours as those of a corrupted national leadership? I entered
into the discussion of the Seeing Eye resolution with the idea that it
is a good idea to understand differing points of view. However, it
seems that as soon as one area has been covered that the discussion gets
less and less specific. First we're discussing a resolution, then what
we charge all exhibitors, then exhibiting hours, and now the
accountability and reputation of our national leadership. Since this is
a public forum for discussion, even though it is called NFB-Talk, I feel
obligated to state that I have seen resolutions loose that were
supported by our officers, and I have seen our officers change their
minds when it became evident that there was a lack of support for a
given resolution. I have tried to be careful not to belittle your
position even though I did not agree with it, so why discount those who
disagree with you as simply echoing the position of the leadership.
By that definition, how can supporting a position held by our leaders
have any credibility with you? Let's let this rest.
