3/4 ts Salt
2 3/4 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
1/2 c Coarsley chopped peanuts, at
Beep*
1/4 c Dried currants, at beep*

1 1/8 c Water
1 1/2 tb Peanut butter, smooth or
Crunchy
2 tb Honey
1 ts Salt
3 1/3 c Bread flour
2 ts Active dry yeast
5/8 c Coarsley chopped peanuts, at
Beep*
3/8 c Dried curratns, at beep*
*Or five minutes before the end of the kneading phase, or work into
dough.
Chopped peanuts give these bagels crunch as well as peanut taste.
