I love this kind of reasoning.... cyclists are dangerous!
When was the last time a bicycle smashed into a station wagon and killed
a family of five?  Me thinks any hazzards are certainly not to the
motorists, besides maybe scratching their cars when they strike us.
Ever hear the "Car Talk" program on PBS?  I recall them talking a few
weeks ago that everyone should drive junky looking cars ... because
folks are putting too much money and emotion into their vehicles.
Anything that damages or even threatens to damage our precious cars is
taken as seriously as threats to injure our persons.
Good luck in getting that foolish ban thrown out!
