I couldn't reassemble the table into something that makes a lot of sense
after it was reflowed (just a reminder that to preserve table layouts you
should leave a space at the start of each line...).

One thing that I couldn't clearly see though, you need an IP address for
each _interface_ rather than an IP address for each machine. So, if your
Win95 machine uses an ethernet you have an IP address for that ethernet.
Then your Amiga should have an IP address for it's ethernet and _another_
IP for it's PPP dialup. Any routing statements and the like must take this
into account.

I would tend to work with Win95 out of these - it _seems_ to have one of
the better TCP implementations and, as I've now found out, supports both a
dial-up and ethernet connection simultaneously (and they co-exist fairly
well - note that, so far, I'm not using this as a gateway, just keeping the
LAN going while my Win95 machine is on a PPP). FWIW if you want to try
doing the gating on the Win95 machine you could have a look at WinGate
which is supposed to be for heterogeneous Win95 networks but might help in
the situation as well.
