The DJIA was flat today, but the OTC faded, dragging down the S&P.  NYSE
volume was still above this year's average.  The Oscillator is still
flat and just positive.  If I was bullish that would worry me.  I'd
still be more disposed to sell than buy.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!!  It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
