i.e. rhetoric and posturing aside, the USSR never even showed up on the nut
case radar scope.  NK has been a huge blip for 50 years. Anyone who would
spend the money to build several miles long invasion tunnels under the DMZ,
when their people are starving, is clearly whacked.
