I'm pretty sure I'm not having a problem, but I'm having fugitive DHCPs
handed out by a couple of SOHO Linksys routers.  Machines bounce up and
down the IP space at each boot, which is sometimes awkward for certain
diagnostics.  The machine complement changes daily here, sometimes
completely.
