it's been ages since I've seen a hand-operated nibbler avvertised
anywhere (it was in an electronics catalogue). (assuming you don't weant to
pay a couple of hundered for a powered version or get one of those annoying
drill-powered ones for nearly $100 (over $100 Australian))

last time I saw hand opperated nibblers was in a sheet-metal shop.
