somehow and he forwarded it to you.

 Every letter is responded back to the principle covering everything she says 
in a paragraph by its self. She has not responded to the last one in almost a 
week. She has given us more firepower by giving us information and claiming 
to have done things that are not right, showing no co-operation, etc.

 Office Of Civil Rights. It is where you can file complaints under 504 and 
Mattie T. (federal court decree that deals with Mississippi and Special 
Education, filed in 1979 as the result of a class action suit. We have papers 
hand written from the school system since 8-27-97 on David being tested and 
we still do not have a ruling or a placement. Mattie T. calls for a ruling by 
a panel and a placement into a program. It kinda dove tails in on the 504 as 
far as procedures and placement of a child in SPED.
