 Not here in California. They have had the State Bought and Paid for.
Things could change with out New Goverono. But of course the CAlifronai
Legislature is stil lin their Pocket. 
Fortunatly the Goveronor has the "Line Item Veto" on his side. He can
Line out any Individual item in a bill sent to his desk. It's not an
"All or Nothing" deal here.
Of course the Legislature can overide that with a 2/3 Vote.
