If you have the Hobbes OS/2 CD-ROM, the EMX compiler is already installed
on the CD and you can run it right off of it!  If you are short on disk
space this works out well, a bit slow but well.  Take a look in the
00readme that is in the root directory of the disk for more information on
how to get it running.
