Well it seems the Dufus wishes to kiil the goose that lays the Golden 
Eggs, or is there another reason to raise the price of fags to $5.00 a 
pack? Folks that is $50.00 a carton. Twenty five cents a piece for a 
smoke. Black market here we come. Wait a minute, Slick comes from the 
state with the Mena airport where drug dealing runs rampant. If we git 
the cost of nicotine  comparable to the cost of Wacky Weed, then Slick 
will have a job when he gits back home. Is Dufus looking after his 
hiney and setting the stage for his return to civilian life?  Kill the
