  There is a whirlpool below the falls - I've seen that. Maybe that's
  it! I visited the falls many times, but it was only about 3 years ago
  that I saw the whirlpool. (That's what happens if you ride with a
  hubby who says -if it can't be seen from a car, it ain't worth seein'.
