It will handle up to 16.7 million colours and resolution far better than TV
quality.  A lot of people think TV quality means good, it doesn't.  The
quality of TV pictures is poor compared to the resolutions acheivable from
modern computers.

The best jpegs and gifs that you see on BBS's and so on come from digitised
photographs, which are far ahead of the resolution obtainable on a
computer.
