Yeah, but since bikes aren't regulated by the D.O.T., and are not
license-requiring, how could they really enforce it? Now, don't get me
wrong. I agree with you, but I had a friend who beat a $52 "wrong side
of the road" ticket hands-down, citing that bicycles fall below the 5
bhp lower limit on vehicles. I dunno, I would have paid the ticket
instead. I bet every beat cop was gunning for him after that.
