No. I'd say he is actually clever enough not to do the reverse ie except a
lower margin in the ex-tax price. Ever heard of marking up the price by the
same amount and then adding the actual tax paid to the inc tax one? At
least
that way the inc tax price merely reflects the tax being paid as the
difference rather than the tax being marked up as well and more-over it
doesn't matter if you sell it ex or inc, you make the same $$.
