The hard bit is getting it up to the stratosphere, the specific mass of air
is about 28, ozone is 48, nearly twice as much. (this means ozone is nearly
twice as heavy as air)

Chemically, ozone is a powerful oxidiser it's used industrially as a
bleach, it's toxic.
