Hello, All;

Some of you may know Scott Dudley's utility CMDTIME;

CMDTIME.RAR    10914 04-19-98  CMDTIME is a program which translates
                               dollar-sign options on the command- line to
                               values based on the current time/date, and
                               then execute the given command.

CMDTIME isn't completely Y2K-fixed (4-digit year OK, 2-digit year isn't),
and it doesn't cope with Win95 or "better" (Ha! Ha! Ha!) LFNs. Bob Swift
over in the FIDO_UTILS echo very kindly made a work-alike that addresses
these issues. I still find problems, but I'm not completely sure whether
they're with the new program, or with Win95's COMMAND.COM and the way it
passes parameters. Bob has put the program up on his Web site, and has
asked for comments. Would anyone else like to jump in and test it? Two
version available, Win95 (etc.) and Linux. No plain DOS or OS/2 (sorry,
Bat).

Bob's Web site is;

     Thanks in anticipation,

              Robert.
