Hello Tom,
Thank you for your concern about our use of the QEdit mark.
We had, indeed, registered the mark. However, under US trademark law,
common-law rights to a trademark begin when a mark is first used in
interstate commerce. Registration of a mark by a company does not
supersede common-law rights that another company may have in that mark.

Hello George,
From the above I guess you're the right person to ask...Does TSE support
syntax-color-highlighting like for example the BP-editor? And if so is it
fully
configurable? And one last question...Can QEdit be registered in Holland or
Europe? I've used Qedit 3 for some time and liked it, but since the file I
used
it for became too large within a week time I could use Qedit no longer, but I
understood TSE hasn't got this problem anymore.
