3/4 c Water
1 tb Peanut butter, smooth or
Creamy
1 tb Malt syrup or white sugar
3/4 ts Salt
2 3/4 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
1/2 c Peanut butter chips, at
Beep*
MMMMM------------------------1 1/2 POUND-----------------------------
1 1/8 c Water
1 1/2 tb Peanut butter, smooth or
Crunchy
2 tb Malt syrup or white sugar
1 ts Salt
3 1/3 c Bread flour
2 ts Active dry yeast
3/4 c Peanut butter chips, at
Beep*
*Or five minutes before the end of the kneading phase, or work into
dough.
Children eat these so quickly, you should plan on making one batch and
refrigerating it while mixing a second, and then save time by boiling
and baking both batches at once.
VARIATION: PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BAGELS Use choclate chips
instead of, or combined with, peanut butter chips.
