That's an interesting way to put it.  If what you say is accurate, and I

have on reason to doubt you, this could be an approach that could
circumvent alot of busy work for those ready to accept what is
developing worldwide without threatening their economic or religious
orientation.  Talk about somemore.  Personally, I like the way you
express your ideas.
