It's based on a book by a local family therapist named Ed Ford.  It's
called _Discipline For Home and School_.  A phone number for reaching Ed
is included in one of my other messages to "all."

I hear Ed Ford has a web site, but I haven't gone looking for it yet.
One of my admin profs knows him well & was supposed to give me the
address, I guess he forgot.  This reminds me to do a search for it.
