Yes there is. On the cover-CD of an (english?) magazine PC-Pro, their March 
number, there was a Delphi Demo.
Here in Holland we have a magazine PC-aktive, (DUTCH!!) and on their 
februari-coverCD (nr79) was the same Delphi-Lite.
As far as I remember it consists of 3  1.44 meg files and a shorter one.
It has the standard, additional and database components-tab. (I am not sure 
it has all database components, I don't think so)
The exe's only run when the demo is present.
