I did read a couple of weeks ago about an American town (no surprise
there) where they elect an animal as their mayor - they've had cats,
dogs, horse, pigs, etc as mayor ... mind you, judging by the imbecilic
humans elected as mayor around here, the animals probably do have more
intelligence, common sense, and humanity.   :-(
